Equilibrium is a fun 24 inch high table which resists being knocked over. It utilizes principles found in the Taolu form of Tie Chi to leverage the force of gravity and defy all logic.
Its body, axle, counterweight, and shaft are constructed of milled steel friction fit and secured with slotted spring pins. Spoked rubber wheels are modified for a slender profile.
Its top is constructed of milled aluminum bound to the tip of the shaft with a set screw collar.
